Bioinformatics and Gene Expression

Bioinformatics and Gene Expression - Data Warehousing and Data Mining Perspectives: This course is designed for students interested in learning basics of the rich data emanating from recent genomic and high throughput expression technologies introductory background on molecular geology, algorithms and expression technologies will be covered and the focus of this course will be relating gene expression data to biological functions drug discovery issues in building enterprise data warehouse and data mining tools will also be discussed.
